It’s time for the Pokémon TCG MEGA EVOLUTIONS Phantasmal Flames Pre-Release! You’ll have time to build a deck out of the cards you get from your pre-release kit and then play 3 rounds swiss pairings, best of 1 games. 3 Packs for every player that completes all their games. 

Must know the basics of how to play Pokémon TCG and have a Pokémon Player ID
